Project Management

The Premier Group provides for each client a dedicated manager to look after all aspects of the program with the latest Microsoft project plans being produced at the start of each program and agreed prior to the first activity commencing. Our facilities offer the flexibility for our clients to be resident during the program and carry out full reviews while the products are being produced.

Engineering

The Premier Group believes that sound engineering at the start of the program provides the platform for a successful project. Premier employs a mixture of graduate and experienced craftsman which enables us to employ the correct methodology for our manufacturing processes.

CAD

The Premier Group facility has been designed to cater for the expanding needs of the world's automotive systems by incorporating the most up to date design and manufacturing computer tools. We pride ourselves on having a multi-functional team who have experience in body surfacing down to producing full engineering drawings to use within our internal manufacturing facility.

Prototyping

The Premier Group offers our clients the ability to produce panels and full Body-in-White assembly to the near production process within an accelerated timescale that allows testing to take place at earlier stage of the program. Our panels and assemblies are produced to an exact quality standard that has propelled us to set industry standards for this phase of the programs within Europe.

Pre-production and Low Volume

Premier can fully support pre-production from the prototype stage or offer a bespoke low volume service. Sometimes it is only after a vehicle is built or tested that modifications are required. At Premier we leave excess stock on all our tools so they can be quickly inserted or re-cut without the need to produce new petterns and castings.

Materials

The Premier Group has completed programs recently in some of the world's latest automotive materials. Our wealth of experience in the production of panels and assemblies in Aluminium and High Strength Steels is unique and our commitment to the development of future materials has allowed us to partner Warwick University, Novelis and Corus in forming technologies for the next generation of materials.

Specialist Vehicles

The Premier Group has a unique turnkey facility that offers the vehicle industry the opportunity to take some of the world's most prestigious vehicles and turn them into one-off specials for a multitude of activities. Our project management and supplier base can offer to take the vehicle from the base supplier and modify the BIW, Interior, Engine and Management System and all Glazing and Brightware.
